Arlette Cabrales Manríquez

Project and administrative assistant

I am an architect with experience as an administrative and architectural project assistant. In my role, I am in charge of the control of the work, managing the expenses and invoicing of the projects, as well as other administrative aspects related to the development of the works. My goal is also to contribute as a draftsman and designer, combining my administrative skills with my background in architecture to support the complete project process.

Daniela Michell Magaña Guzmán

Designer

I am an architect specialized in facade and interior design, with a deep passion for transforming spaces that impact the way we live and experience our environment. I enjoy exploring my creativity in each project, merging functionality with aesthetics to create pleasant and meaningful environments for our clients.

Itzel Nahomi Medrano Alvarez

Budget and design assistant

Currently, I work as an assistant in the area of budgets and architectural design. I manage and administer the purchase of materials for the different works we carry out, ensuring control and quality in each acquisition.

In addition, I make presentations and quotes with different suppliers to obtain an accurate and detailed quote for our clients. My goal is to ensure accurate financial planning that contributes to the success of each project.

I am an architect graduated from the Autonomous University of Baja California in 2020, with a specialization in architectural, executive, paperwork and interior design projects.

Throughout my experience, I have had the opportunity to develop residential and commercial designs, always committed to creating spaces that combine functionality, aesthetics and quality in every detail.

Ivan Obed Salinas Lopez

Unit Price Analyst

In my role within the company, I am responsible for planning works, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, as well as the implementation of project management systems. I have had the opportunity to collaborate on challenging projects, working with a multidisciplinary team and adapting to new technologies.

With a focus on unit price analysis and solving unforeseen difficulties on the construction site, my experience as a civil engineer has been enriching. It has been a stage of constant professional growth, contributing to the development of infrastructures that generate a positive impact.

Committed and passionate civil engineer, with more than 10 years of construction experience. My solid academic background, together with technical and leadership skills and a comprehensive vision of the construction process, allow me to execute high-impact projects and ensure their success at all stages.

My main responsibility is the supervision of private works within the company, covering projects of a restaurant, commercial, residential nature, sometimes in the private and governmental health sector. From the beginning of my studies, I knew that I wanted to dedicate myself to this diverse sector, and that decision has been one of the most satisfying in my professional career. The work inspires me, and each project is a new opportunity to apply my knowledge and passion for construction.

Josue Adalith Alvarez Tolentino

I am an engineer focused on results, with extensive experience in public and private works.

Currently, I work on projects related to drinking water pipelines, contributing to the design, planning and execution of essential projects for water supply, ensuring quality and compliance with established deadlines.

I am a graduate of the Faculty of Engineering, Architecture and Design of the Autonomous University of Baja California. Currently, I work as coordinator of the costs and budgets area, as well as a unit price analyst.

I have experience in the fields of surveying and photogrammetry, which allows me to tackle projects with precision and technical focus, ensuring efficient and quality results.
